根据人民教育出版社《义务教育教科书英语》七年级下册What time do you go to school? Section A2a-2d 部分,按要求进行相应的教学设计。

要求:

1.制定2a-2d的知识目标;

2.设计2a-2d的课前导入活动;

3.设计2a-2d的听前活动;

4.设计2a-2d的听后活动;

【参考设计】

1. Knowledge aims:

Students will gain the knowledge about how to ask and describe the daily routines of others as well as themselves.

Students are able to deepen their understanding of the usage of key structures: What time do you...?; When do you...?; I/he/she do/does...

2. Warming-up (5 mins):

The teacher says hello to students. Students watch an episode of Home with Kids on the screen. This TV drama depicts the everyday life of a blended family of five. After that, the teacher asks students to retell the story in this part of TV series, and think about a similar thing happening in their family. Students can talk about it with partners.

3. Pre-listening (7 mins):

Before starting the listening tasks, the teacher gives each group a model clock. Students can set time randomly. While one is operating the pointers, the others need to say the correct time as quickly as possible. After several times, they should change their roles and play for a few more times.

Then, students review the words and sentence structures they have learnt in the last class. The teacher shows the words on the flash card and lets students read them aloud. As for sentence practising, making sentences according to the pictures applied.

4. Post-listening (10 mins):

Students conduct the activity in 2c by talking about their daily arrangements. The second activity is as follows. The teacher presents five important backlogs, such as attending the club election, visiting grandparents, accomplishing homework and so on. And students need to assess the time consumption of each item, and arrange those activities in one day properly. When they end discussion, the teacher will require someone to do a presentation about his or her time schedule.
